Workshop #5 Public Relations and Communications

How do you manage a client’s image when their individual or company’s success depends on having a positive public image (or at least not a negative one)? How does one control the narrative through a crisis, on social media, or during a planned strategic communications plan? Public relations and communications experts have to leverage all of these different channels and must not only stay ahead of the news but be creative to keep the perception of their client positive while also differentiating them from the competition. In this workshop, Keleigh and Mickey will share with us more about their business, the challenges they face and their respective journeys which led to their current positions.
