MBYC Orientation: How Your Values Help Make A Meaningful First Impression

We are thrilled to announce that our first speaker of the 2022-23 MB Youth Council will be Jake Capps, Managing Partner at Meaningful Partners. Jake knows what he looks for when a company is looking for Meaningful Partners to invest in them. It’s about knowing how to stand apart by being authentic. After briefly walking through his career path he’ll offer advice on the importance of how really knowing yourself helps you create a positive and memorable first impression. We will follow that with a closer look at your core values and why that’s important when making that first impression. Laurie James, Transformative LIfe Coach and Author will discuss the importance of knowing your core values and how to put them to use in our “Make a Great First Impression Challenge” so you can begin to see the importance of knowing yourself better.
