Nancy Hersman

Nancy Hersman, a MB resident for 21 years and an attorney, is presently serving on the Manhattan Beach City Council and is currently the Council’s Mayor. Prior to being elected in 2017, Nancy served on the City’s Planning Commission and Parks & Recreation Commission, and served as a member of the MBUSD Board of Trustees from 2005-2009. Nancy has also worked with numerous organizations, including Program Director for MYC for two years. Nancy and her husband Mike have three grown daughters, all graduates of MCHS and happy graduates from college.
