Joyce Fahey

Joyce Fahey has been a Manhattan Beach resident for more than 30 years.  Joyce served as a City Council member and Mayor for 8 years as well as a School Board Trustee.

Joyce was a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for 14 years and was then appointed by the Governor to the Superior Court where she served for 7 years. For the past 13 years, Joyce has worked as a private judge, mediator, and arbitrator.  

Joyce has a 25-year-old daughter who graduated from the University of San Diego and is now getting her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at USC.
