Sylvie Gabriele

Sylvie Gabriele, MBA is an entrepreneur, restaurateur, real estate investor, and social impact leader building culture-driven businesses at the intersection of food, entrepreneurship, and community. With more than 25 years of experience, she has led ventures spanning hospitality, real estate investment, and national nonprofit leadership.

She is the Co-Founder and Co-Board Chair of Regarding Her, a national nonprofit advancing economic mobility for women in the food and beverage industry, and a Co-Founder of the MORE Coalition, which works to build a more equitable and sustainable restaurant industry.

Gabriele also owns the acclaimed Manhattan Beach restaurant Love & Salt and manages a $XXX real estate portfolio. Her current focus is launching a Middle Eastern–inspired consumer packaged goods brand, bringing heritage flavors and modern storytelling to the evolving food landscape.
