Maddie McDowell is a Group Creative Director at 72andSunny and has shepherded memorable work for 15+ different brands in nearly every imaginable category. Her client roster has included global entities like United Airlines, Google, CarMax and Marriott International as well as beloved cult favorites like See’s Candies and Dr Pepper. She has a particular penchant for helping brands find their voice, having quite literally written the book on brand tone for multiple household name companies.
Her work has been written up in all the major ad trades and the mainstream press, gotten nods from various global award shows (One Show, Clios, AICP, Graphis, Shots, Anthem Awards, Geretys etc…) and is part of the MOMA permanent collection.
Maddie is the leader of 72andSunny’s Women’s Employee Resource group. She has a passion for creating community and fostering a safe space for women, both within the advertising industry and beyond.
