Kristin’s dominant talents are Maximizer, Focus, Competition, Relator, Significance, Communication and Individualization.

Kristin has been an advocate for strengths for more than 15 years. Over the years she has used her Maximizer and Focus talents to hone her strengths and help others discover and make the most of their natural talents.  Her unique perspective on strengths developed out of her broad range of work experience across industries and job functions. Prior to graduate school, Kristin worked in brand management, marketing operations and sales management at Dell. Following her graduation from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Kristin worked as a field operations leader for DaVita. The common thread has always been strengths, which she brought to every team she led and which ultimately led her to join Gallup. Her experience supporting Fortune 500 clients as an Engagement Manager at Gallup added expertise to experience. At Gallup, she helped enterprise clients build engaged workplaces through strengths-based development programs, selection tools, employee engagement programs and leadership development systems.  Kristin was one of the first Gallup employees to become a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach when the certification became available in 2013. Percheron Consulting is a culmination of her passion for strengths and desire to make a difference in the world.
