Kelly Campbell

As Former President of Peacock, Kelly Campbell was responsible for growing and elevating NBCUniversal’s streaming business.  Campbell oversaw all facets of the Peacock business, fostering a culture of ambition and collaboration to deliver record growth for the platform. Under her leadership, Peacock made media history by successfully hosting the first streaming-exclusive NFL playoff game; set the industry standard for streaming live sports with its interactive 2024 Olympic hub resulting in record-breaking viewership; and catapulted the brand into the cultural zeitgeist on the heels of breakout hits including Poker FaceThe Traitors and Love Island USA

Prior to joining Peacock in 2021, Campbell was President of Hulu, where she led the SVOD and live-TV streaming businesses, following a role as Hulu’s Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, Campbell spent more than a decade at Google in marketing leadership roles across the Google Ads and Google Cloud businesses.  She began her career in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase.

Campbell currently serves on the Board of Directors of Urban Outfitters Inc. (URBN), home of fashion brands Anthropologie and Free People.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. She lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two sons.
