Heidi leads ventures in the energy, healthcare, and insurance spaces. Heidi began her career at Partners In Health, a global health non-profit, and at Oliver Wyman, a management consultancy. She found her love for building startups while at Kiva.org, a peer-to-peer microlending platform and a pioneer in crowdfunding, where she helped launch Kiva Zip, a new lending platform in the US and Kenya that aimed to build closer relationships between borrowers and lenders. Since then, she has founded a food tech startup called Easily, and launched products at ZestFinance, a financial tech startup that uses machine learning for alternative credit underwriting to increase access to credit. Heidi graduated with honors in Social Studies (yes, the same name as your 5th grade history class!) from Harvard and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
